Disclaimer.

This is not journalism, we are not professional writers and you didn’t pay money to get here.

Your reputation is not on the line, unless of course you take what we say seriously, then perhaps the root of your problem is elsewhere.

This is not true satire but remarks pointed at a few people who have become far too popular in the so called web 2.0 world for their own good, some of whom are confident enough to admit that such popularity is daunting and are thus open to a few jabs.

If you are a blogger and worried about others reading about you – if haven’t already posted your witty rebuttal or warning to us – why not take a few lessons from us, you can never hide your true voice – if you have one – on the internet. I’m afraid you’re always being watched. The google will get you and if it hasn’t already in the words of the sage-like-SEO-grand-master Rafiq “#fail”.

Oh and one last point, please just chill the fuck out – seriously life is far more grand than your “online brand” or your “blogger personality” (if that’s all you’ve got, no comment) you should by now have encountered a few sarcastic comments flung your way, you should have fought a few battles lost some and won some and you should be thick skinned enough to know that we’re just taking the piss.

Nope and I’m certainly not exempt from this list either, perhaps the irony is that through BeatMag we discover who we truly admire, rather than detract from, in the digital domain.
